We can HELP!

Did you know that more than 30 million Americans suffer from venous disease but only about 1.9 million seek treatment each year? Inside the leg veins are one-way valves that open to allow blood to flow up the leg and close to prevent “reflux” of blood back down the leg. When the valves fail to close properly, reflux occurs. This results in a variety of symptoms such as leg aching, heaviness, tiredness, itching and burning. Patients might also experience restless legs and leg/ankle swelling. Does that sound like you?

We can help!

Evansville Regional vein Center offers the most complete and state-of-the-art varicose and spider vein treatments in the Tri-State area. We are medical professionals providing the highest quality treatments with compassion and integrity!

We have a Six-step Treatment process

Step one: Initial Consultation

We will determine if you simply have some minor spider veins or if you need a thorough vein evaluation.

Step two: Diagnostic Ultrasound

You will undergo an in office diagnostic ultrasound performed by highly trained, certified sonographers on staff at ERVC. The ultrasound, which is painless and thorough, takes approximately an hour and a half.

Step three: Treatment Plan

A follow-up appointment is scheduled with Dr. Manley, this is typically same day, based upon your ultrasound results and the symptoms you are experiencing; Dr. Manley will determine your individual treatment plan.

Step four: Insurance Pre-Determination

ERVC will send a pre-certification request to your insurance company to determine if your particular plan covers the recommended vein treatments. (Most insurance plans require patients to wear compression hose for six weeks to three months prior to approval.)

Step five: Treatment Process

Once it’s approved by your insurance, ERVC will schedule and perform your procedure(s) according to your individual treatment plan.

Step six: Post-treatment Follow-up

Patients usually have follow-up ultrasound evaluations and follow-up visits with Dr. Manley at 6 and 12 months.
